Mission / Vision

CropLife SA, a section 21 Company not for gain, is an association representing the plant science industry, including the majority of responsible manufacturers & suppliers of crop protection products, and through its training and accreditation of member's sales personnel it strives to ensure that farmers and other end-users are at all times provided with a professional and efficient service.

CropLife SA's vision is to be acknowledged as the association representing all manufacturers, and suppliers of crop protection products in South Africa.

The Plant Science Industry invents, develops, manufactures and sells products and services designed to improve the global production of food, feed, fibre and other useful products in a sustainable way. The Industry performs this mission through the use of biology, chemistry, biotechnology, plant breeding and other techniques while following the highest ethics and standards and providing safeguards for human health and the environment.
